We diligently search for and acquire off market real estate or provide JV equity capital to developers who have already secured great property. We seek ocean view property ideally suited to build high end spec homes. We also seek commercial property ideally suited to build a new hotel, senior living center, multi-family apartment complex, medical office building or energy infrastructure. We work with engineers, architects, city planners, landscape architects and space planners to design and gain approvals to build the best buildings based on the best use of the property and in light of local market conditions.

We help landowners who own great property but lack the capital or experience to develop vacant land by becoming a JV equity partner to provide the capital and expertise to design, build and sell the property and then split the profits. We help qualified buyers by sharing information on development projects currently underway and provide them with updates as progress continues until each property is real for sale. Buyers working with OM REAL are able buy property as soon it becomes available and before its on the market.
